Asbestos Surveys

We carry out asbestos surveys nationally throughout UK.

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 (CAR) contain an explicit duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic premises. The HSE clearly states that those responsible for maintenance and repair of non-domestic premises must assess whether there is any asbestos in their buildings, and, depending on its condition, either remove it or manage it.

Our Company offers independent surveys, carried out by fully trained staff holding professional qualifications.

At the end of every asbestos survey the client receives a comprehensive report, which includes an asbestos register covering all the areas surveyed. The register lists all our recommendations for the asbestos found. This makes it easy for the person(s) responsible for the health and safety of others on a premises to comply with the legal requirements. The register also lists non-asbestos products, so if any contractors need to work on the premises then, they will know they can do so with peace of mind.
